yeah, its a "clicker" for cutting leather or whatever. You can put several layers of material like leather or whatever and then you put "dies" that look like cookie cuters over them and it cuts through the material like butter

i used to work in a shoe factory and we had a big green thing like that you put this stuff on it and it pressed and cut out insoles.
