@panyidavid possible suggestions might be that you have online either ps3 or 360 and you managed to download it when the ubisoft servers crashed not so long ago or maybe they made a few copies of which they put in the memory blocks which they then decided to put in the form of dlc's put they accidently left the memory blocks on a few copies.
