Emergency personel actually prefer you do not stop your car unless you are qualified to provide medical first aid. Keep the highway moving and let the professionals deal with it. If everyone stopped their car to see if the guy was okay, the traffic would stop and the professionals would take much longer to get to the scene. Besides, what can the average person do to help? You lot of self-righteous cunts would probably do the same as these people.

I suspect this is Taiwan - terrible accidents there, and in China, are usually ignored by passing people, either in other vehicles or on foot. It's a cultural thing, unfortunately. Don't believe me? Look at other YouTube videos of accidents and you'll see it's true.
