I think we saw every possible variation of a push up:) Excellent work. I love seeing you introduce the kids to exercise. Good chance they won't get that in school. And this proves something I have long suspected......that is it hard to do a sit up when wearing your princess tiara.
@MoveItForward Terry, thank you for the kind words. I do try to promote the fitness things into their lives, as I now see how poorly of a job I did before. In fact, on our vacation, I insisted that we walked everywhere at the resort, and no elevators (except for using the luggage carts) I just wish I had done more of this, sooner. My 9yo son weighs about 115lbs, which is way too much, even though we know that he has a very dense bone structure. Anyway, thanks for the support!
Aaron tried so hard with those sit-ups. Y'gotta give it to the guy.
Carm made me laugh so hard as she did her burpees! I could hear her laughing so hard :)
I lotst weight WATCHING this :)
You know, Steve...there's something ABOUT the way you do what you do...it's the fire, joy, and determination and purpose with which you do what you do.
Keep. Doin'. That...OK?
I don't know what you see when you look in the mirror, but I hope it's success in evolution :)
@SchmumpkinII Thanks Eric! Yeah, Aaron does a good job with these workouts. He gives them his all, but the push ups frustrated him this time... I have to work on his belief in himself, so that he knows that as long as he is doing his best he should be proud.
Lets not talk about what I see in the mirror, but I am getting closer to where I want to be...
Your kiddos are so adorable! Great job!
