I believe the problem(s) you describe are not limited to a single race or part of the world.. this behaviour is human behavior and it seems that whoever is in charge, seems to take ( on most occasions).. the challenge is how to reach a new level of awareness that alows us to break free from these old chains of basic instinct.. This knowledge of self should be tempered with knowledge that it is through peaceful existence with others that we grow and learn more about ourselves.
