The Skylofts are awesome. I remember I was there when I was seven or eight years old and I caught the chicken pox. I was stuck in the room while my parents gambled for two weeks. The concierge got me a playstation 2 to play, and one morning my mom walked in and said "there's somebody here to play video games with you" AND CARROT TOP walked in. She saw him reading a paper in the lobby, told him about me, and he came in and played boxing against me. Coolest thing ever.

Pretty flashy we had the 3 bedroom for 5 nights. Not sure of the price think the final bill was about $27k I think that included the phantom rental of 4 days think they comped some of the last night since we had it for 5 days. Def recommend this

When I was in town last year I stayed in the skyloft. Service is unbeatable. I asked for pizza with yellowfin tuna and they got it. I asked for a Ferrari rental and less than 20 min later the Ferarri was there.

I asked for sherbert ice cream and they got it. Fine cheese annd fine wine, they have it....its like being a king.

If you want to know what a king feels like stay in this room.

thegood thing is that sky lofts are actually affordable. but i consider mgm to be in a boring part of the strip. the strip gets exciting after city center and all up untill fashion show mall. the most happening part of the strip is right there. mandalay and luxor are unique and good hotels just they could have been in better spaces

I went to a company party there once in the VIP loft. It was really nice. It cost $7,000 a night to stay there, back in 2006.

...the bf & I celebrated our joint birthday here this yr. They were so good about all our requests like: gourmet ice cream cake with a karaoke & wet bar reception 4 our friends. They even reheated our Craftsteak leftovers @ 2:30am & had our "song" playing each time we arrived. Every1 knew us by name fr: the private foyer, beyond. Downsides: the infinity tub is too noisy for romance:( and the B&O TVs could use updating. But, It's the only way to do Vegas, in my opinion.

I'd find a two storie hotel room so much more enjoyable, I'm in a family of 5, so just today we left the Palazzo, and every hotel we got to we have to get two hotel rooms (with cabin fever and all, three teenage boys) and that was like about $600-700 a night, this is way better!!!

I just looked on the website...$800/night for a 1BR in early May but I've seen it as low as $550...which for what you're getting is like train robbery! Doesn't get better than this.

this looks like a 1 bdrm skyloft (1500 sqft)..runs anywhere from 800-2000/night

2bdrm skyloft (3000sqft) starts around 1000-5000/night

3bdrm skyloft (6000 sqfft) are generally 3000+ a night, and go up to 10k/night
