i have a quick question about IVs to anyone who knows what they are talking about. do (max) IVs enhance stat growth or just directly increase the corresponding stat?

@shadowsa2b Kind of both... I mean. At a low level you won't see much difference in IVs unless the poke has between maybe 0-10 IVs (talking level 1 here). As the level increases it becomes more obvious. So in that sense IVs are more of a passive growth kind of ordeal. EVs are more direct than anything else.

lol axew's final evolution is at lvl 48, you said he evolves at lvl 49. I think your thinking of Deino who evolves at 55 and then at 64. Axew evolves in the 30's.

@tpny123 I think there are some emulator that can connect to the internet. I'd recommend that you (cheat) use pokesav and change your Boldore into a Gigalith.
