I'm not sure how to fix the timing on the video but I really like it anyway. You obviously have great talent! Actually, the first movie I thought of when I saw this was "The Iron Giant." You're style reminded me of it. :D
This is really fine work, congratulations. Especially like the hiccup after he takes a swig. Nice flourish, doesn't call attention to itself. What was this done for? Is there any more?
Great stuff happening! Very nice acting. I think the out of sync takes place because youtube converts the frames per second to some crazy thing. So it may have been 24 fps exactly when u timed and animated it, but youtube made it 29.997 fps, or something like that. Also, Youtube seems to ALWAYS cut my stuff off at the end. I usually have to add a 2 second hold at the end of anything and just expect it to be cut off.
