No, not that I know. Tourists can very easily go across the border, there is absolutely no problem. Often, you don't even have to stopp at the border.

Why is the slogan 'Together' only in English? Is this now the only official EU language? This is surely a clear-cut case of linguistic discrimination against all the non-English speakers in the EU.
