My immediate thought was also balloon. They can reach altitudes (based on upstreaming currents) that are considered flight levels and travel thousands of miles. Recently a Japanese school class found one that had been launched at a wedding in a European Country. They traced it back to the owners who were married in the previous month. People release them all over the world every day...you know those shiney, metallic balloons. I think SlasherUG is correct.

I seen a cool UFO when I was in Lawton Oklahoma. It was a sphere with lights moving vertically and horinzontal. Later in life i was told that UFOs over military bases was common. After the UFO disappeared there were black choppers in the sky.

the reason it changes speed and direction is because you keep moving the camera all over. Keep the camera still and see that it moves constantly at a set speed and path

The object looks like the reflection from a low-orbit satellite. Satellites can be seen both day and night and are very often thought to be UFO type objects. The object in the film looks and moves just like one, moves in straight line across sky, eventually fades from view before the horizon line and moves at a constant rate of speed. Can'tbe 100% sure but my geuss is low-orbit satellite. Some move a little bit faster than others and you might see several in one night.
