Omg.... That sucked big time. Wow. It was off beat. You deffinately need to tune ur drums. And quit using double pedals, it's taking you even MORE off beat.

Work on your wrists. You shouldn't have to bring your left hand over to the floor tom- you should be able to snap off the 16th couplet with one hand. That, and your snare fills usually went over by one note, which throws off the song because you waste time recovering. The real song has programmed breaks for transitions, so that you can recover, but adding those extra notes wastes it.
