Fabulous Video, you are gorgeous and your tutorials are great! I used to have the same issue because my eyelids are oily. I don't know about eyeliner pencils but I swear by MAC Fluidline. If you are new to gel eyeliners it takes a while to learn how to use a eyeliner brush.

Have you tried the 24/7 pencils by Urban Decay? I have oily lids and I find that using the Primer Potion all over my lid and under my lower lashes with a patting motion (like concealer), and then applying a 24/7 pencil prevents smudging. If you still smudge, you might want to try putting a skin colored eye shadow under the liner to soak up excess oil. Hope I helped!
