@bestsoftwarebase I see, the easiest way is to try to connect the USB to another PC. If you R using XP try to clean USB Store in Registry (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Cur­rentControlSet\Enum\USBSTOR)

@bestsoftwarebase seems like power issue. Do you using some kind of USB Hubs or additional cable when connecting it to the PC ? Try to connect it directly to the PC.

@Raydiation11 All the DATA will be erased after format ! It's not FS conversion this is regular format.

i did dat through cmd. n it verified it at 24445M n its only a 8gb micro sdhd card. and it has been sayin 0 percent completed for 5mins straight... can u help?

@moddragonf If you can't format the cards - It DEAD (some time it's Flash problems and some time Hardware (assembly). Who is the vendor? Usually you have 5 year of warranty, so contact the vendor or retailer.

If USB is RAW and Format has Failed - call manufacture support. Seems like your device is DEAD ! Some times it's hardware problems and it's nothing to do with it.

Nice video! The alternative method would be to use the following command line on FAT32 flash drive:

convert X: /fs:ntfs (replace X with your flash drive letter).
