a very calm protest but i think this how it goes, comming on street would tell the world what the up comming genration wants. How ever the consqences wont allow - even on this occasion police ready performe to shut the voice of any or everyone - it's not that easy but if student all over gathered to single percpective than every problem would get a remedy.

Just chanting slogans because major businesses/board members affiliated did not get some subsidy or maj govt contract and just exploiting the situation!Musharraf would anyways be ousted or killed,look at ur own lifestyle and univ culture to see how much adherent to islam ??? does lums looks like university in islamic rep of pakistan ? cont ...

You kick them where it hurts the most. I visited the lums once and place is pathetic. Rich kids smooching around , guys lying in laps of girls. You dont feel for a moment that you are in some islamic country . They are just wolf in sheep dressing , most fearful of an islamic system in Pakistan ! From outside they try to be hero , but would only vote for those supporting musharraf !
