I thought the drummer was a fellow named James Kottak, but perhaps Jason did some of the session work. They rose to prominence in the late 80s when I was in the Army. They were controversial for sounding "too much like Zeppelin". If you listen to the guitarist, his influence is clearly Hendrix.
