Fangio, el mejor de la historia, manejaba una lata de coca con un motor y cuatro ruedas si chocabas morias, no es como ahora, ademas compitio con cuatro marcas distintas si mas no recuerdo, no con dos como schumacher y gano todo con ferrari anda!!. y ni hablar como persona, las palabras: caballero, humilde, corazon etc. lo definen. Pero a notar la diferencia de tecnologias en las frenadas y curvas!

Muchos años de desarrollo median entre ambas máquinas, pero son conducidas por dos grandes hombres y pilotos.

Nada quita méritos a ninguno de los dos, solo los enaltece aúm más!

Hi indigo Friend!!! I'm not sure, but it seems to be a Repco 3000. I looked for hours on my books trying to identify this car drove by Brabhams, but I'm not sure.... It could be a Conventry Climax engined car (Brabham BT7 or BT11), but it fits more with a Repco powered one (1966, 1967, 1968)... Any idea to solve the mistery My Friends??? LOL... Fangio is driving the open-wheel Mercedes 196 from 1955. A fantastic film of two of the finest flirting with 9/10ths. I saw Fangio drive this car at the Long Beach Grand Prix in 1976, which unfortunately was a demonstration event.

Pretty easy actually; cars were in their nation's racing colors. This remained true until sponsorship starting coming into the sport in 1968. So, German silver, Italian red, French light blue, Belgian yellow, British green, American dark blue & white... The Brabham here is British racing green for the commonwealth, and stripe is Australian sporting gold.
