This spirit radio was made by EJ Gold and is no longer in production. I modified it by adding a 1/8 inch audio cord for sound out, and a variable capacitor for tuning.

Mr Gold does make the Beacon and Super Beacon that can be used as spirit radios and more (see brane-power(dot)com), or you can make your own design similar to my Spooky Tesla Spirit Radio instructable.

I took a .dll file (that was actually a plug-in VST called KT-Granulator, an audio effect) and imported it into the open source program called Audacity as a "raw" file. I ended up with sounds very similar to this in the music I was making. I was part of a forum of music/programmer techs and the suggestion was made there.

All of the sounds and "voices" were recorded as-is in live real-time from the radio through Audio Hijack Pro sound software. The software does alter the sound signal from the radio significantly. Mostly the pitch is radically changed, providing a means of fine tuning.

There is software that "ghost hunters" use that sweep the FM radio frequencies and pick up random 'words' that are supposed to be answer to their questions.... ?

Mr Gold's spirit radios are tuned to the Schumann resonant frequency, which is also the Theta brain wave frequency. So his radios enable easier meditation, intuition, and access to parallel worlds.

For me, the point is to discover and have fun. I've discovered that this crystal circuit can do many more things than just listen to AM radio, such as detect EM fields and pulses, discriminate between types of light, picks up sound, listen to lightning, ...and makes cool music too!

Where does the reverb come from? The pitch shifter or the radio Ether?

The reverb is a separate module that's part of Audio Hijack Pro, along with the AuPitch control for pitch alteration in real time.

Yes, the basic crystal circuit is a great sound-creating tool! I can even use it to sense the computer screen, so it can respond to a moving screensaver graphic with changing sounds.

I am making a Tesla Spirit Radio with a traditional crystal radio circuit, and special antenna, and will be posting a video sometime soon showing construction details. One secret is the software, and I have only experimented with Audio Hyjack Pro for the Mac. There are likely PC applications that are similar.

It's neat having an analog input that can be so versatile. The Audio Hijack sound software merely increases gain and shifts the frequency range through the pitch control. There is some reverb added as well that seems to bring out the harmonics.

I do like to push the boundaries and tease folks a bit, but according to some top physicists, there is very real science behind the idea of parallel universes. This time the actual AM radio signal is used, and I tune the crystal radio off-station enough such that there are wandering and crossing frequencies that interact.

Once the signal is established (at the beginning of this video), all effects are done in real time by simply adjusting the AuPitch control in the Audio Hijack software.

You're right, I should have included the AuPitch control in the video. It's a software slider in Audio Hijack I use to make the pitch changes. I use three AuPitch modules in series to get the full pitch range. I also use gain and reverb modules which were not adjusted during this recording.

In future videos I will add a screen-shot of the audio set-up.

I will also be showing a software oscilloscope, FFT spectrum and other cool stuff.

Also, I have said for a very long time that wormholes are everywhere. But they are SO flat that they only appear as two dimensional objects which you can enter only from one direction and there are litterally billions of directions one can travel from any point. In other words, a wormhole may be right in fromt of your face, but you won't see it and it won't affect you because you're 1/100,000,000,000,000,000th of a degree off.

That may be what some secret programs are attempting. However, just because there is even the energy of an atomic bomb added to a spot, does not mean it is useful to us as a wormhole. Perhaps more of a frequency alteration or phase shift is all that is required...

The voices are real voices from a radio station, but the pitch of the sound is altered in real time to give that chipmunk effect. The input signal is raised many octaves. This makes ultra low-frequency sounds audible, and makes normal voice squeaky.

There are folks who listen for, and claim to hear, spirit voices in radios. Perhaps it's possible, but that's not something I'm pursuing with my experiments.

Dont get me wrong rick I do believe that wormholes are possible, depending upon whether we live in a minkowski or einsteinian space-time. They also help to solve Einstein's field equations, assuming that there actually is a white hole at the other end of a black-hole(though im not quite convinced of that either) I just dont believe worm-holes exist all around us.

Ok, then read Michio Kaku's books i.e. "Parallel Worlds". Mr. Gold writes:

I cannot intellectually and with scientific math prove my thesis that

the slight amount of radionics penetrates easily into the 11th

dimension at a distance of less than 10 to the minus 27th millimeter,

which is what I call "One Kaku" of distance, and that it opens

pathways into the branes of parallel universes which you can travel,

but with a little practice with my inductions, you can prove this to

yourself.

This theory relies upon the shaky and unproven string theory which requires eleven dimensions of space, and also speaks of branes in between the folds of the rings formed by the strings. I am familiar with Michio Kaku theoretical physicist(though I have not read his works). My understanding is that modern day astro- and quantum physicists(especially those here at UCLA) dont have much faith in string theory.

I have heard/ read physicists expect it to be replaced by a "planck-scale" theory (i dont know the real name of the theory) of physics in which the four fundamental forces of physics join together as temperature increases.

The theory is only used by Mr Gold to explain his actual observations and experience. That's the difference between theoretical and experiential scientists; for example Einstein and Tesla. Einstein had great theories, Tesla had great designs.

Shaman, psychics and mediums have known about parallel worlds for millennia. Our modern "thinking caps" have made us blind to the Alpha-Theta brain wave states where this information is available.

I cant say much regarding different brainwaves triggering altered perception, nor on the personal experiences of Mr. Gold. Though you will have to forgive me for trusting the well established laws and theories of respected physicists and mathematicians(backed by numerous empirical tests, observations, and mathematical proofs) over the words of shamans and "psychics"

Perhaps the laws and theories have been well established only because physicists have omitted things like Phase Factor from their proofs for decades.

Mr Gold also writes,

"Someday I hope that we will see laboratory "proof" of this effect,

astral projection and creative visualization among other spiritual

effects and practices."

To my (admittedly limited) knowledge of quantum physics, physicists often take phase factors into account; how else would they accurately describe or account for the quantum or physical states of their experiments. That would just be foolish.
