I've run this drill and it's worked really well for us. The kids loved that they accomplished the sequences, I love that they get to work on a number of fundamentals during the sequences!
I'd love to see how this works.. Looks busy.. lots of players moving. But what is the sequence of play? Where do the balls come from/go and who attacks what.
Awesome drill! Integrating multiple skills and footwork while keepign things interesting. Question though: What do you mean at 1:16 when you say, "we need to have people that are actually tossing balls in to simulating a block, so that there are balls being covered... from the coaches who are tossing balls in like it's a block."
In which scenario are you showing that? Are you saying off of soft blocks that look like free balls?
I've run the drill with my team, it is actually a great drill. Works well if you break it down into segments and learn each then put them together.

As, he says in the end: The key is to get as many balls involved as possible..
I guess you just put 6 guys on one side, and let the rest throw balls at them whenever they feel like it!

This looks like a lot of fun.. until 1 single play fails and 3 players are jumping up with a ball under their ankles...
