Bad idea....Chavez' good luck and great resilience did the job...amazingly!. Going into the 12 round Chavez had not won more than 4 rounds....I saw the fight. The second fight was an easy win, I was there in The MGM in Las Vegas; an eight round K.O.; Ironically, Taylor had predicted a 8th round K.O. in HIS favor!.

Even if they had go to the scorecards , and they were figth in a neutral place with neutral judges , Chavez would have won the figth by all means. See the entire figth in MUTE mode( do not listen to HBO comentators) .Then score each round by yourself . Do it , and you will find that Taylor didnt won more than 6 rounds , also lets suppose Steel had not stopped the figth and count last round as 10-8 in favor of Chavez . Do it and youll find chavez is way ahead on the scorecards

But it didnt and I think it was a correct stoppage. Richard steele asked taylor twice if he was okay and he didnt reply...fight over! Ricahrd Steele is not a timekeeper he is the ref, he did what he was supposed to. Chavez won fair and square.

Al contrario de muchos peleadores Julio apretaba el ritmo y lanzaba mas golpes conforme la pelea avanzaba, parecia no cansarse nunca, tenia una condicion fisica extraordanaria.

Rosario cometio el error de pelear casi todo el tiempo pegado a las cuerdas o en las esquinas, tal vez si se hubiera ido al centro del ring Julio no le hubiera pegado tanto, aun asi no hay duda de que Julio ganaba la pelea.
