The one i remember sounded much smaller. And when it said where is the dog it said it mor like a question. It had two buttons that activated the feature for it to sing old mcdonnald.
Hi circuitmaster this is michael sharing an acount with funtyron. One pin of the board of that machine definatly screws up the voice. If you pull the signal out would it go back to normal. I have only seen the later moddle with a new voice chip from 1992 or 1993.
there never seems to be any point to circuit bending, all that i've ever seen is stuff that makes weird distorted noises with no apparent point or function
The point is to make one of a kind sculptable intruments that no-one has ever heared. like any instrument, you can learn how to play them, if you're a really good musician you can do it well and have something original. or you can just put the noises into samplebanks and arrange and loop stuff.
I can perhaps appreciate it more when I get more hang of it myself.
I mostly have been doing analouge electronics, (I`m just a hobbyisy.) but have bought my first ATMega 128 and plan to follow the tutorials on sparkfun.
