I remember all this from the 80's, the manufacturing revolution. Its all about setting up a system that "self-manages" the critical path. US based manufacturing was ruined by corporate greed and total mismanagement. Moving mfg overeas eliminated the need to do things smart cause labor was so cheap it didnt matter.
Your explanation makes perfect sense. I was introduced to Eli's concepts at MBA school and currently apply them to my online business. Thank you fro this excellent video!
THIS is mumbo jumbo... in other words this is directoral and manegerial thinking, and its fine.. but there is no "paperwork" effectiveness and "people-effect",demonstrated, on the chain.
Finally, an explanation that clarifies why all government changes seem to take 6 - 8 weeks. It's part of a slow system. How can we speed up governemnt decisions. Through computer networking rather than in chambers where they all have to meet?

Yes, I know. I made a corrected version, but I didn't upload it. The view counter would have reset to 0...
Annoying as the misspelling is, I hope it does not detract from the message in the webcast.
