The video has aged well. The song is tipical early 90s, and that's a good thing.

Now I can really see how much better music was back then. This is a duo that came out of nowhere and rapidly faded into obscurity after that. Yet their whole album (which flopped at the time) is a lot better than 90% of the shit made these days.

I've always loved this song so much... I never understand why after this hit the album went down the drain to poorly in the UK and elsewhere... "Ripe" is a real masterpiece, a misunderstood music gem... fine music and lyrics, adorable. Maybe the "Sinead-O'Connor-Lookalike-Sty­le" was irritating?? Wish they would start a comeback... after all those bad bands from the 90ies that came back, this would be really needed- for music quality nowadays! Great "Less-Stress-Mix" of this tune!
