You are right. Not hard to spot it when the chords change and the hands don't move, or the hands move and the same chord is still being played.
Anyway, with that said, nobody but RR plays those lead licks in that manner. If the lead guitarist could really kick out those chops, he would be doing a lot more than this gig, whatever this is suppose to be?
