  • I have always thought pre percussion hammonds sound the best.

This video strengthens my opinion. :)

    Awesome duo.

Would love to hear some jazz, if your into that!

  • @Brandotuomikoski Thanks for the comment Brando. I like jazz and Jack, the one playing the organ in this clip can play jazz. I on the otherhand stink at it.

  • Beautiful

  • @MrFlatroofer Thanks.

  • this is amazing!!!so great,,omg!!

  • Baldwins are fine pianos but after being more or less forced to play

Baldwin organs at several churches I have to say as organ-builders

they are really good at designing pianos! God Bless You men!

  • This is absolutely beautiful. 5 *****. thanks to craig for sending it to me.

    ~Joan Atwell~

  • Thanks Joan for the complement and the good rating! Joe

  • Sad, but I don't think they will turn loose of that C3. But Hey, we could always buy that $8,000 B3000 !!!....hahahahaha

  • Absolute enjoyment listening to this piece. Thank you for posting.

  • Thanks for the compliment xk1hammond! I was afraid to upload any with me playing the piano as I am not the player that Jack is, but one of my subscribers requested this song, so I went ahead and uploaded it. Thanks, Joe

  • Hey Joe, I noticed at 1:09 you did that "hand thing, " did you find one of those old LeeRoy Abernathy piano courses? Hahahaha !!

  • I wish! I couldn't resist slipping one in though.

  • I have an old Baldwin Acrosonic from the early 1970's that I bought in really good condition about 10 or 11 yrs ago...stored it an old house for years and I think mice got inside of it. It's now real "staticky" when you play it. Maybe the dust and debri needs cleaning from the inside. Any suggestions?

  • Yes! Clean the dust from the inside. The next thing to look at is proper grounding. Unplug the organ, loosen and re-tighten all wires that are grounded to the frame. If that doesn't work, it could be the volume control. If so, you may have to replace it but try spraying a contact cleaner in it. I've never had good results from it but a squirt of cleaner is too cheap not to try.

  • Can't help it....Those old Hammonds are fun.

  • Maybe you will be able to get that Hammond C3 you are looking at.
