Great to hear this project Simon. I had heard about it and wished I was over there for the performance. I appreciate the higher quality sound and video. Al & Megan...in PT...not sure why the other comments. I can hear the mandolin clear as a bell on my playback.
I love it really... It's so authentic and true...but....why not give the mandolin it's due place. Instad of being just a Unisson to the others.. it should start the melody. Otherwise it gets overpowered by fiddle and pipes...

I agree that the mandolin should be treated with a little more musical respect in this sort of music especially.
