NASA even proves that there is because they take pictures and videos of it, and many other space groups do too. Making a space station that orbits around the earth is much more feasible than going to the moon which is MUCH further away.

I do not disagree that there is certainly something odd happening in space (at least in orbit above earth). However there are two points that I would like to add - The BBC reported an estimate of around 18,000 pieces of debris in orbit, not millions and millions. Secondly, any State seeking to militarise space would land themselves in hot water through binding agreement of the Space preservation treaty and Outer Space treaty - though i wouldnt put it past North Korea with it's "Satellite" launch

I strongly agree some very peculiar things have been happening up there. Over the last decade the DoD has been pushing hard to weaponise space. Now recently one of the american iridium communications satellites collided with a mysterious Russian satellite! We are now to believe that they have the ability to track a 1cm size speck! Something doesn't fit here.

While I do see your point, I think it's a bit more complicated than that. First of all, the ISS is a manned spacecraft, so they're obviously paying much closer attention to objects that would endanger it. Second, the ISS orbits at a much lower altitude than the Iridium satellite where there is much less space debris, so it's easier for them to track it. also, Iridium is a private company that the DoD wouldn't have anything to do with. Finally, the russian satellite was a well documented one.
