I believe there's a special place in heaven for people like Sherri & Kevan & Angie & Jonathan. His suffering until he was rescued by Kev & Sherri was unbearably heartbreaking and provides ample evidence of the crying need for the judges hearing these cases to slam down hard on the contemptible people who would leave an animal to die in such misery.
