btw what kind of stretches or something you would recommend me to do to gain that flexibility in my wrist? Because when I'm doing front squats I feel pain in my wrists...
put your hands together like your about to pray, then roll your wrists about VERY CAREFULLY AND SLOWLY. BE **VERY CAREFUL*** when stretching your wrists. They are very delicate.
Put your hands out in front of you, turn your hands so your fingers are pointing towards the floor, walk your hands up the wall, be careful again.
Stretch 2x a day.
