@biauto13 as excalibur said,you need up items for upgrading,and you get them from their specifical monsters,beside that,the rate at the blacksmith is 70-80%

@biauto13 it's a PVM server,you need items for upgrade :),and the succes rate is not 100% :)

P.S : e prea misto serverul,intrati toti si jucati ;)
