I think that underground bases, magneto-leviton trains, advanced spacecraft, etc. are very cool. What I object to is extreme secrecy, drug-money financing, horrific experimentation, elitism, secret government (alien?) control - and inaccessability by even US Presidents. I want all of this to be completely transparent - whether or not we can handle the truth - which I suspect might very well be quite upsetting and disruptive. We the People of Earth should be in control of all of this. Namaste.

All the regular people need to chip in and start building our own neighborhood underground shelters. These can be used for lots of things, even bad weather. If several hundred people chipped in, you could dig a pretty decent shelter for several hundred people. We need to be as smart as the elite. We don't have to have the most sofisticated shelters. They might help.

Northridge , Ca. earthquake 1993 . I lived there when it happened . strange thing happened about 3 moths after the aftershocks . i'd be somewhere quiet , mostly in the evening , id feel a faroff explosion , 3-4 seconds later we'd get a small ' aftershock ' . it happened for months , at least one every 2-3 days . it went on for months then it stopped. when a ' real ' aftershock happened , i didn't hear the pre-explosion ?

Most underground bases are set up for Continuity of Government(COG) plans. COG plans were set up to protect the government in the event of Man made or Natural Disaster and keep enough resources to start again after the threat is over. Underground train tunnels just make sense so separate bases can be linked and share resources in such an event. They are kept secret so that the government can choose who goes in when such an event takes place. Not very good for the regular Average Joe.
