Certification is just another way of controling a persons life im 61, ive lounched 1000's of rocket with no Certification yes im a rocket exspert ive lounched nike hercules missles for our government, ive been lounching rockets since i was 7 years old, when i worked with nike missles i knew more about them then the person who designed them, yes i follow NRA and AMA Lounch rules...! so dont think im just hap hasardley lounching rockets, enjoy rockets there lots of fun and something to pass down

@david1513 Cool, no one cares. If you don't want to get certified then don't watch the video. I'm glad NAR and TRA have rules and safety regulations so people aren't launch Q motors in their backyards....

@knyqjee12 i am happy thay have the rules too, i beleave you took my statment some what out of text, you said no one cares are you speaking for every body on earth, Q motors should only be lounched in the desert like black rocks or navada salt flats, i lounch at a AMA Site here there no trees houses, but there is cars but we have a one million five hondred thousand dollar lieablity insurance $1.500,000 it covers anything that could happen,
