a wembley 86 ha la voce ai minimi storici (anche se nell improprtu strabilia) ma la performance da "animale da stadio" e' la migliore di sempre(o tra le migliori)

E' normale che manchi materiale video degli anni 70. Primo perché sono molto più famosi i Queen "commerciali" rispetto a quelli semplicemente geniali dei primi album. Secondo perché, c'è poco da fare, le loro performance dal vivo sono un po' scadenti, in particolare questa dell'earl's court 1977 (anche se la cattiva qualità audio/video di questi bootlegs fa la sua parte). Mi dispiace dirlo ma Freddie era davvero stonato e non capisco come mai la gente mi prende per pazzo quando lo dico.

Non so se hai visto tutto il concerto, ma ci sono alcuni pezzi che sarebbero da cancellare scandalosi, tra stecche e cori orribili. La loro musica è troppo complessa e curata in ogni minimo particolare (con tutte quelle sovraincisioni, quei cori, quel sound perfetto) per essere "essenzializzata" in un grande madley di due ore con soli 3 o 4 strumenti. Ad ogni modo ho il dvd dei bootleg al Rainbow Theatre 1974 ed Hammermith Odeon 1975 che sono ben fatti. Se mi contatti te li passo.

ti prego di non essere ridicolo, freddie ha una delle migliori voci della musica in generale, adesso tu e dici che è stonato? quello che tu chiami stonato ha scritto e cantanto canzoni che hanno fatto la storia della musica e che sono diventate veri e propri inni, poi per quanto riguarda la performance scadente mi sembra che hanno fatto concerti in tutto il mondo e hanno riempito gli stadi, per esempio live a the wembley 1986, comunque visto che siamo in democrazia pensala come ti pare

Lungi da me pensare che la voce di Freddie non sia bella. Indubbiamente il suo timbro è tra i migliori che abbia mai sentito! E ripeto che lo considero un vero e proprio genio. Uno che ha composto brani come The march of the Black Queen, My fairy King, Bohemian Rhapsody e compagnia bella non può che essere definito un genio! Però tecnicamente parlando dal vivo non rendeva proprio. A me sembra (in alcuni momenti) palesemente stonato...poi... l'hai detto tu sesso, siamo in democrazia =)

io penso che dal vivo negli anni 80 ha iniziato a dare il meglio, forse all'inizio non rendevano, cmq io non trovo difetti nei queen perchè è il mio gruppo preferito

PS. l'altro ieri ho visto il vestito di questo video all'hard rock cafe di monaco di baviera, era quello autentico, è stata un emozione incredibile vedere un indumento di un mito, poi oggi ne ho visto un altro di hard rock cafè, a colonia, ma dei queen non c'era nulla
