  • Damn Illuminati, they take all the good bands and ruin them. The end of the world is being consumed by the sun god, sounds like a blast.

  • the reign of the antichrist, a terrible time

  • hate to say it but i'm glad aarons gone. with him gone you get to hear the beautiful darkness within spencer's voice. everything is new and original. if you didnt like this album cause it didnt sound like underoath then start listening to radio rock. pretty sure all theyr albums sound the same

  • Who care who u like.just deal with who over in the band. They sound fine now.If u want 2 hear him sing go see Almost video then and stop bitching.Jesus!!!!Had 2 get that off my chest.

  • Chino Moreno had a baby with Spencers vocal chords. Named it Paper lungs.

  • My new favorite underoath song. It's just so dang good and filled with that underoath originality

  • personally i prefer spencer over aaron :O

  • Underoath is great with it's current lineup. When underoath first started out, they sucked. Like "When the sun sleeps" Is one of the worst songs i heard. Their current lineup + Aaron was when they FIRST got good. They're still good. If you're mad Aaron left, go listen to his band and quit complaining.

  • underoath will always be my favorite band, they have been ever sense they started up but thats shitty they got rid of aaron. its shitty that basically the whole band is split up, but he's a great vocalist and they now are fucked up lmao

  • @StraightStacz Aaron left to explore a solo musical interest. They're still fine, you're just an Aaron Fanboy.

  • this is a really cool song

  • Really dudes? Posting a music vid without citing the director in the information? Bummer.

  • @dyowe518 typical band thing to do :/

  • This song is like a cigarette in the way it flows through, when people smoke they want an escape, a way out (beginning of video) as it seems everything stressful is suddenly disappearing, but you know what it does to you on the inside as a cost for its brief moment from despair. (Fires start up)

  • that really matters. Underoath started off amazing, in the middle of their career with Aaron being the only original member, they were still amazing, to now with no original members and they're still amazing.

  • @BIGDADDYDUKE2 theyre even better now!

  • @ramathorn6 Can't say that, they're heavier, less melodic. I like heavier, but I also like melodic. Aaron is a better clean vocalist, and I love clean vocals. They both have their pros and cons, I still think Underoath now compared to before is about even.

  • as well. And I know he did some of the clean vocals when Aaron was in the band, but he wasn't this good. Spencer in my opinion has gone from an amazing unclean vocalist, and okay clean vocalist, and a good overall vocalist to a still amazing unclean vocalist, good clean vocalist, which isn't common among heavier bands, and an overall AMAZING vocalist. To compare Underoath with Aaron and without Aaron is difficult. They're still amazing. Even with Dallas they were amazing. I think thats all...

  • Dude Aaron was is a great vocalist. He has some of the best clean vocals I've heard concerning rock music. And no, I'm not speaking from my opinion. Aaron has a great range, and hes really good at carrying melodies and notes. His voice is fit for all types of rock music, acoustic, alternative, metalcore, post-hardcore. But I actually kinda like them more without Aaron, this new sound is amazing. And I LOVE how Spencer has stepped up with his vocals. Not only is he doing unclean but clean...

  • any insight on the vid ?

  • The video goes so good with the song ! Really Creative !

  • Disambiguation is my favorite Underoath album. Aaron was awesome and all, but this is way deeper.

  • Wtf underoath a chirstain band but they have illuminati logos?

  • @johnabitch1 it's basically a warning or just for show but if they actually meant it then they are saying that the illuminati won and were fucked

  • @johnabitch1 oh and look at their clothing line on their main website to you'l see it all over

  • @johnabitch1 Listen to the lyrics, and if you're not able to understand, look at them online. The song seems to be written about someone who is being pulled into something (the Illuminati) and is too far gone. Ever think that the music video and lyrics to a song could ever go together?

  • illuminati aint gonna win shit

  • illumanati

  • why is it that i can't listen to any other screamo band other than underoath!?! WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON

  • @Ju5TcHiilLbrA except underoath isn't screamo. If you want to hear screamo go listen to some Glassjaw or something. Underoath is good progressive metal/metalcore

  • actually with Aaron leaving, we get to hear more of Spencer's melodic input and hear a whole new vocal range (new to us at least). It's a great, iconic and constantly evolving band. Like the next chapter of a book.

  • @honeyclaypot i think that on the record is clean vocals sound amazing but live they just dont sound that great but i think he does a good enough job of the old stuff that when i saw them with the new lineup they were pretty ggood

  • My favorite by them after writing on the walls and a fault line a fault of mine

  • they are nothing like they were with Aaron... but who said that was a bad thing?

  • disambiguation is different. but it seems like a natural progression from litsos. they are like they always have been but in a different way. underoath is the only band that makes you ponder the meaning of life one second and make you want to punch a hole in the wall the next

and in disambiguation both of these feelings are exponentially raised.

  • @jesusrocks84 im with you those 3 albums were amazing especially changeing of times

  • sounds like deftones, i like it!

  • Act of Depression, Cries of The Past, Changing of Times > This crappy album.

  • Band was amazing with aaron, they are still good, dont get me wrong, i love this song but thats about the only song on the new album, just not the same anymore.

  • @leerey14 Vacant Mouth is epic in my opinion.

  • @leerey14 lmfao dafuq u talkin bout, pretty much every song on their new album is better than their older ones, theyre so much better now im kinda glad aaron left

  • Not deftones more 30 seconds to mars . I love this

  • What happend to Underoath.... i guess illuminati got to them..

  • sounds kind of like Saosin

  • what do all these symbols mean is what id like to know?

  • still sounds pretty hard with clean vocals.

  • My favorite band ever!!! from Dallas' Act of Depression and Changing of Times to Spencer's Lost in the Sound of Seperation and Disambiguation. Good lyrics, bad ass vocals, great musicians. my heart goes out to em. Sans Aaron or not

  • LOL at the acura ad

  • I got a headache when they started flashing all the images in the windows really fast.... I'm not saying it wasn't cool, just... not cool enough to be worth this headache.

  • first song I like from underoath since writting on the walls

  • @mathabs95

seriously man? after Define the Great Line? In Regards to Myself at least.

  • Comment removed

  • I don't understand how they can be compared to Deftones.

  • haven't heard this one before. Interesting to hear Spencer going on clean vocals.

  • Hands down my favorite of this album if not in the entire u/o discography.

  • i wonder what the ending of this video meant

  • this is horrible,

  • Love Love Love

  • deftones? I agree. ლ(ಠ益ಠ)ლ

  • there is no volume loud enough for this song

  • They sound like an amateur version of deftones :s

  • @geovann22 couldn't agree more...its got Deftones written all over it!

  • @geovann22 this isnt their usual sound

  • @geovann22 This song, I could compare to Deftones for sure, but the rest of their stuff is much more Experimental Metalcore.

  • @geovann22 Not sure how they sound like an Amateur version of Deftones though. Sounds pretty damn professional to me.

  • @AnEthiopianBoy well let's say I try to make a song that has deftones' style.. even if I'm in the best studio with the best quality I'm pretty sure I would sound pretty damn amateur since I think deftones are unique to their style.. same thing happened to underoath

  • @geovann22 Other way around buddy

  • @geovann22 You are an idiot to even compare these two bands together. Completely different genres, completely different outlooks. Silly silly human being.

  • @geovann22 what.the.fuck!

  • They're new stuff is just horrible. They used to be good now they a bunch of emo fags.

  • Man, definitley not the Underoath I grew up with, I mean I know music changes over time but man how these guys sold out, it's a shame, I miss the old Underoath, the real Underoath, this is just horrible. :/

  • @Jesusrocks84 I agree with you on that man.

  • @megadethforever9 Yeah man, I'm so disapointed in them, they like completely died when Aaorn left, it's not even Underoath anymore. But yeah, I'm going to go listen to a better band AKA Oh Sleeper, have you seen they're new music video? it's so sick!

  • This is a great song. 'Nuff said.

If you like these guys, come check out our music on our channel page!

  • I think this song is based on that part of the book of Genesis with the whole 40 day storm.

  • what happen to the screaming?

  • @gimlithepimp88 i was wondering the same thing lol

  • Comment removed

  • havnt heard them since aaron left the band.. honestly the vocals are ok. better with aaron but still pretty good

  • this song drags ass and is incredibly boring. christian metal Bullshit

  • @guitarsofthegods Shut up hipster faggot

  • Korn added this video to their favorites!

  • Underoath will always be a great band...

  • i like act of depression better, and the changing of times.

  • We're huge fans of Underoath, new and old stuff. They had a lot of influence on our new music and if anyone out there is currently looking for a new band to check out I would hope that you might give us a shot. I'm not saying we sound just like Underoath, but the influence is there.

  • My youtube page says that Chevelle Favorited this video. I know why...

  • WOW

  • Underoath took a huge hit when they lost Aaron. But considering what they've lost, I think it nothing short of amazing that they can stay this good even without him. Most bands who lose major members try to recover and fail. This is FAR from a fail.

  • @Parius6 Absolutely. 0 is a pretty good cd. It's not They're Only Chasing Safety... but it shouldn't be anyway. I'm down with the evolution.

  • this is not the underoath i use to love :(

  • @gannon1op something wrong with them now?

  • music videos ruin everything

  • this fucking add is on every FUCKIN video....lol I feel like smashing the computer screen every time i see this dudes face!

  • I saw these guys live last year in July and what an amazing show it was!

  • i really dont understand why ppl hate on vevo so much. it doesnt bother me at all.

  • @ryankuisti Its because they censor the music... its like watching it on MTV or something. Look up any rap song and you will see the gay side of VEVO

  • i do miss Aaron but i do enjoy there new stuff

  • havnt listened to them in ages :) ahhh good memories.

  • Volbeat? Like the pokemon?

  • Sounds like Deftones.

  • Its just not the same without Aaron Gillespie :(

  • I've always loved how their ISIS influence seeps into their music, at least from "Define..." onwards.

  • clicked on a system of a down video nd i somehow ended up here

    Greatest mistake ive ever made!!

  • Woah...1:22 gives me crazy goosebumps.

  • @rick54james not really..

  • @TheCallOfRunescape Alright, thanks for the input I guess lol

  • It's very Anthony Green...

  • Guys lets face it screamo is dead! I believe Underoath knows that and while we all know and love the songs from that time period Underoath has evolved to the music world of today and is putting out songs with more of a hardcore/metal vibe. Look at some of the other bands from that time... where are they now? No longer making killer music that's where! Underoath stuck it out and they still kick ass! So STFU about how the new stuff sucks and just appreciate the fact that these guys are kickin ass!

  • its called progression no one sounds the same unless your a one hit wonder band

  • Why did Spencer Chamberlain go Ras Trent?

  • I gotta say, this isn't underoath anymore, this sounds just awful compared to they're older stuff

  • @godwings101 *their

  • Not to mention, the eclipse is another obvious sign.

  • Lyrics (ex.This is where they all come to hunt me down, hunt me down

Where they go to hunt me down, they hunt me down .Weigh out the options

Brave the new world), solar flares, all seeing eye, demonic symbolism -- all references to the Bible, New World Order, and Illuminati, clearly. "Brave New World" is referenced everywhere, from cartoons, to news, TV shows, etc.

  • One day people will grow up and realize how sweet this album is.

  • Eargasim.

  • dreadlocks do not look good on white males.

  • Why is this the first time I'm hearing these guys?

  • @urdumbfoo dude where the fuck have u been? lol

  • @urdumbfoo There older stuffs better but Aaron Gillespie left :( still underoath kicks more then enough ass!

  • @urdumbfoo really? figure it out

  • @urdumbfoo the answer to you question coincidentally is the same as your name...Glad I could help.

  • @Nfinety8 dick

  • @urdumbfoo because you have obviously been out of the metal loop, go listen to their older better stuff, when they still had original members.

  • @Eliisntaprophet I don't think thats so. I am extremely involved in the metal loop, thats why it was a surprise to me how good they are and I never listened of them before this video. Since, I have listened to their other songs and honestly, I like this better.

  • @urdumbfoo Right?! I just found them the other day and I cannot stop listening to them

  • @lltmoon first 2 albums kick ass.

  • @urdumbfoo wow. sorry u have to hear the sucky ass side of them/ they used to b good as hell back in 1999 and 2001

  • @urdumbfoo youre social life is lacking?

  • @urdumbfoo Did you find them on your own? Unfortunately there hasn't been anyone awesome enough to have turned you on to Underoath before 2012... My advice, build a time machine, go back to at least 2000 (The Changing of Times), and start there... Your life will be better. haha

  • @urdumbfoo idk but you need to see old underoath like boy brushed red or writing on the walls

  • @synester757 Uh, excuse me? That's not old underoath. Old would be The Changing Of Times and older.

  • @synester757 wtf thats not old underoath, old underoath is heart of stone. Way back.

  • @synester757 That is not old Underoath, you nut.

  • @urdumbfoo lol, try listening to their first cd and tell me what you think.

  • @urdumbfoo because until now you probably had better taste...

  • Comment removed

  • @urdumbfoo Because they only have one mainstream song per album, and even with that they still get little to no air play.

  • @urdumbfoo been living in a cave? lol

  • i have to say, i wasn't really impressed with underoath in the past but i kind of like this song.

  • this got me bored

  • The fuck is this?

  • Well fuckin shit. This is POOP, Every great band has left my side, No more Underoath, Haste the Day, A Skylit Drive, secret and whisper. R.I.P.

  • Wow I've been listening to this band since 04 nd wow they absolutely blow I can't believe how awful they sound they aren't even underoath anymore all of their original members are no longer their and no Dudley is not original 2nd album was his 1st with the band bring back Dallas Taylor nd they're old harsh metalcore zao influence

  • Wow I was hearing a lot of deftones influence here. I have to say spencer has gotten dang good with that voicebox he has.

  • This song, blows chunks. Where is the OLD underoath? So much better than this garbage..

  • concentrating on video footage is pretty important.

I love cold...but they do small videos. I was dreaming one up last night...where basically the band walks into the front desk and lobby of say like a portland or casselberry hotel...pay the front desk girl 800 dollars and come outside set up sing and then the crowd is on the ledge of each eeach floor.

  • your all fucked!

  • anyone respond if i should make a best of uunderoath or best rock music playlist. please do this and dont flag this

  • @thiscuzimstupid YES YOU SHOULD.... LET ME KNOW WHEN ITS DONE AND ILL DEFINITELY SUBSCRIBE TO YOU.... SORRY MY CAPS KEY IS STUCK

  • Spencer dredded his hair? Damn, I need to catch up...this does sound a lot like a Deftones-influence though. Not bad.

  • I agree with the Deftones observation. You can definitely see and hear a lot of their inspiration here. This is the most powerful, mature sound I've ever heard out of these guys, and I've been listening from the beginning. Keep changing, keep progressing Underoath. Haters gonna hate. Keep doin yer thang! \m/

  • I saw Spencer at a Deftones show in Orlando last year, and I can see thier influence in his music. I am really digging Underoath again :]

  • I honestly love their new stuff. I feel like aaron made the band a more "christian" and "appeal" band. He was weighing them down with a whole religious role and they were so sugar coated that it was more of a what relates than what is music about. Spencer writes from his heart now and it sounds a thousand times better.

  • I feel like a parent, following Underoath. With each album, Underoath got heavier, and more experimental. They wen't from a pretty emo sounding, middle schoolish: "They're Only Chasing Their Safety" (that you would probably see some Justin Beiber looking kid listening to); to a deep, heavy, experimental, and grown up: "Disambiguation". Between the heaviness, a good replacement drummer, and Spencer deepening his vocals from album to album, I think Underoath has struck a really good vein.

  • such a beautiful song with a great video

  • What a travesty. This video has 130,000 views and Black Veil Brides has 8 million for their Fallen Angels video?

  • @zlIWCARIlz i know, i know :/

  • i love all of underoath, but this is simply their best work to date

  • Comment removed

  • really gay..

  • @TheFewSurvivors *sigh* coming from the guy that favorited "Miss May I-Swing"

  • reminds me of Jerad Leto, and in division reminds me of Randy Blythe, without Gillespe, they sound like every other band, sorry all you underoath fans, but Aaron made this band unique

  • illuminati....
