@TravisLeeSturgill Pre 1964 half dollars have a silver value of about $12US.
Pre 1935 dollars have a silver value of about $26.
The coinflation website has silver values for all the relevant US silver coins... just keep in mind that certain coins in good condition can be worth more than the silver value to a collector.

Congrats! I have found 8 Walkers, and three of those were laying right on top. I believe that you didn't plant that coin. I have found coins in much nicer condition. I found a Baber dime on the beach without my detector and it was in AU condition, at the beach in AU!
Keep hunting that site, and try to do some research to find out where the people congragated the most. I found an Ice cream stand that was torn down, and recovered 13 silver coins in a 6ft area.

as I went past the coin it slid out in that position, so I stoped and went and grabbed the camera. believe what you want, I never plant coins. whats the point.
