I fail to see the big deal about this video. A lot of boats on the Feather River have jet props because the Feather is pretty shallow. People shoot through the rapids all the time doing the same thing.

I wish that feather river was as clean as the yuba. the feather is gross. i swim in the yuba and boat in the feather but its still kinda murky and green

we run the Yuba all the time when flows are runable... its a blast running 6 inches of water!! From the mouth of the Feather to Daguirre dam.

depends on the size motor, 45-50mph..they usually draft 1'-2' of water sitting still, and 6" inches on plane. good luck, and thanks for looking at my video.
