I think off white it a good colour to paint a room. It's a neutral kind of colour, so you can do a lot with it. If I had an orange room, I would probably wake up and think "omg, my dream is real! I am being digested by a giant pumpkin!!"

orange was actually a good choice because its a happy positive color that represents friendship and has an approachable effect. its a bright noticeable color which is why its on traffic cones and construction workers.

I don't like change. However, I think I might need to "embrace" it if I want to achieve what I sorta desire the most in the moment. But people aren't used to seeing me change as well, and I'm afraid of the reactions I might get, although I always give my best not to care for people's opinion. What do you think? Is not caring the only way?

Yeah I like dark colors and I don't think I would like gray in my room. I wouldn't have like the orange. I prefer browns like natural or stained wood. I also might like blue. You might want to be careful with some colors because your brain can react differently to different colors like red can increase moodiness and I think green can make you feel hungry. Well you can look it up if you are curious.

maybe you could try making a shape or a symbol you like with the light color with painting tape or use an old spong to make something like repeated stamps on the wall (did it in my room and had an amazing time!) it would be also great if you could wait some days for the wall to dry if you are about to use tape for stripes because i am pretty sure it will ruin the wall and make orange stains...
