Well, i have been teaching tennis for over 10 years.. and sort of hate to admit but this method works for any age. and definitely works for me as well it just gives me consistent shots... however, as far as develop the great players. it is questionable. this teaching is just like opposite of Robert Landsdorp. yes more players are hitting with heavy spin, but you have to remember that they are big and strong.. sometimes it is easier to generate the pace with driving the ball.
