Has anyone else noticed that Maxie hasn't made love for the sake of making love since her boyfriend Cooper died? She loves Spinelli and I don't think she fakes it with him, I think she just uses her "excuses" to be with him. She's always had a hard time admitting when she loves someone until they're gone.
i really hate maxie in this scene. i LOVE spixie, but this was so terrible of her. what did she think was going to happen after this? that she was going to fake being his firlfriend? did she not realize that those were his real feelings? she knows he's not stupid. ugh. i hate character regression.
I feel bad for both of them, Spin loves Maxie depsite her shortcomings. I love them together, the love/hate scenes were so honest on Spins side and Maxie was really hurt by him so she lashed out. They're brillient actors.
Whether you like maxie or spinelli...you have to admit that kirsten and bradford and the writers did an awesome job with this scene...you actually felt their pain and felt bad for them

At 5:25 Spin totally misunderstood Maxie. She was trying to say that he was more to her than "tech support" and then she just blew up and said all those horrible things to protect herself. She reverted to her old defensive ways, and she didnt mean any of it.
Spinelli is upset that Maxie "solicited sex" yet he champions the other women on the show who use sex and their bodies to get ahead i.e, Carly, Sam and Claudia. He just doesn't like it when it's been done to him.
It was so upsetting to hear what Maxie was saying to Spinelli. I was tearing up during the scene when she was thinking of him during her birthday. Bradford and Kristen were just fantastic...
what spin said about her sosislting sex is so true she dose that for so many things. What a big suprise i hope he makes her begg for forgiveness i hate her all the more now. Spin was great he was great and he spoke so mature and sad. No More SpinMaxie!
That scene was WoW, just Wow. I actually loved it. I mean, yes, Maxie was brutal and the pain on spinelli's face was terrible but wow, it was intense. This is why I love GH, it sometimes surprises you big time. Kirsten and Bradford DEEElivered.

I understand but thats what make their dynamic so nice. she has always had issues and they are total opposite. they are somewhat like jax and carly and I never liked the character of maxie till storms took over and the spinelli character was just annoying but for some strange reason these two works. lol I find myself smiling and two people who use to make me fast forward!

This was painful but, remember, the popular couples, be them Spin and Maxie or Luke and Laura(for those old enough to remember them in the beginning), go through break ups and going back together times. Though Spin is going to need a LOT of convincing to ever trust her again. He's very sensative and getting hurt that badly is going to take time to forget.
