that was the most beautiful peace of blues ive ever heard in A man you got some nice chord changes and people really don't understand how hard delta blues stuff really is too play that shit is hard to do and im glad your playing blues keep up the good work wish i new one complete delta song on guitar and i would be happy..
Wizard..the spirit of the 78s..and what a nice snappy tone your Mini has! Just shows how small bodies are great value. Nice piece you have put together there, lots of changing moods. Thanks for putting a smile on my dial...
Thanks for the kind words. It's "improvisation," yes, but based on licks that I know very well. It's based on KIndhearted Woman (Robert Johnson) and lots of other blues in A....cheers,
Lovely! Makes me wish I didn't use a thumbpick- can't get that snap so well with a pick. Great feeling and sound.Good guitar for the price too- I looked at their steel guitar but eventually decided to flash out on a new National.
just brilliant. loved it thoroughly. Where did you get that piece? Any chance to find a tab? Could you tell me more about your guitar? (nut width, action) . Is it comfortable to play? It sounds great and I think I am going to get one. Congrats, and keep posting.
Hey, thanks. The tune is "mine," but I certainly stole some licks from people like Steve James, Robert Johnson (of course), Kenny Sultan and others. Steve has a DVD in which he teaches blues in A, which I recommend.
The guitar is a Republic Minolian--very nice for the money. 1 3/4 nut. Decently low action, though not as low as a regular acoustic.
I can hear you know Robert very well ;-)
Keep on playing the Blues !

Great video, it sounds great. Actually I'm planning to buy one of this but I'm not enough sure, there's some interesting REGAL RC-1 interesting too.
What tunning are you using on this video?
Thank you very much for this piece of art.

This is awesome. I've had a bit much whisky to expand on that, but I love it!

Awesome man I love it. Is it only improvisation ? Or based on few blues tunes ?
