nice job sir, however the benefits of the ploymetrics your demonstrating are relative only to your jump up. (IMHO) try reduceing your ammorization time (contraction of the quads) and to work your decelleration and stabilization, jump down instead of planting your landing at the top. Plyometrics are all about the muscle-shortening cycle and how fast they can reload.
Good stuff mate, but are there any advantages to snatching a keg(apart from the ease of a pint after) instead of a barbell, or is it just for the poor chaps?
Hello mate, the benefits of using of a keg (and or an exercise ball filled with liquid) adds variety to gripping positions but more importantly the liquid inside is never stable, thus the object becomes a little more unpredictable to lift at certain stages, this in turn recruits more use of fixator and or stabiliser muscles groups throughout the movement.
