  • Comment removed

  • @JacobCarruthers WHAT the HELL Is your PROBLEM?!? WHAT Did mark do to P*ss you off! HE IS HELPING US!

  • @ShoopdaoctapusXcat Bro look up Facebook is CIA and you'll understand

  • I HATE THESE STUPID FACEBOOK PAGES. They have weird symbols on their titles, have incredibly bad quality and stretched out pictures, a really dumb welcome page, unnecessary reviews and ONLY (and I mean ONLY) worthless "Like-if" statuses. Is their someone else who knows what Im talking about?

  • Any site/FB page that says "Join to see this!" is automatically a scam to make money or "likes".

  • Any site/FB page that says "Join to see this!" is automatically a scam to make money or "likes".

  • The scam is that you bought a Mac over a PC.

  • @itsabattleship Mac > PC

  • WTF

  • facebook gave me AIDS

  • Dude accept ur friends request.

  • WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU FILL OUT THESE SCAM SURVEYS...???? ANYONE

  • @MzMoraNae They use your data to send you spam, waste your money, etc

  • @MzMoraNae If you fill in a phone number etc, you will probably be charged with A LOT of money. So your phonebill is gonna be fat.

  • 1:32 Mark Zuckerberg live Facebookville in newest country was called "Surrey", XD!!!

  • I have the same phone as the picture of the group shows, wooh.

  • Its not actually a scam...Its what you call a person whose trying to make a lot of money out of idiots on facebook by directing them to surveys adverts...Its not a scam ultimately its just spam...Essentially the person whose gullible enough to click it is the fool here!

  • my pcmobile(dot)com check out the blog

  • that guy has 42 requests...

  • Screw Facebook.

  • It's simple...

    ...Kill.The Batman.

  • lol Facebook scams?

  • Simple Soloution. Dont make a facebook

  • facebook scammers deserve cancer

  • @stanconsidine they alredy have aids

  • I'm so happy I never used Facebook. :) Not that I'd fall for any scams but... it's just such bullshit. If I want to talk to people, I use IM. If I want to be friends with people, I meet them in person. If I want business contacts, I use email. FB is a toy.

  • @Samuraionthewall Not always so simple. Suppose you had an old friend with whom you were separated at a young age (or some other circumstance in which you aren't going to give a phone number or email or whatever) and wanted to find them again? You can't search names on IM or through e-mail services (not on any that I know of, at least). I'm speaking from experience.

  • facebook over all is a corporate organisation, they recently sold the rights to the privacy and personal of there users to "third party" companies which means, any website can buy information and show you and your info anywhere on the internet. Publishing rights of ALL your private photos. You need to make a simple change: go to ' account', 'account settings', 'facebook ads' (along the top), 'ads shown by third parties', choose edit settings and choose 'NO' then SAVE. Please share.

  • Thanks!

  • see what you look like in the future, see whos viewing your profile, I will never go on a rollercoaster again after seeing this, this american should be killed for doing this to his GB - THERES SO MANY OF THEM!!!

  • Beware!!!Might be Koobface or other spamming program on FB

  • Tnx

  • i've had to do surveys like that before to get entered in freeroll poker tournaments and since i have an ad blocker, they don't pop up until i disable it....so if you want to read those articles (although, i'm sure there isn't much content in them), just get an ad blocker for your browser

  • dont get it some one please tell meeee!!

  • All I have to say is thanks for the heads up

  • I swear to god, i will get the cops and get them to track down the ips of the bastards who make these surveys. THEY DO NOT DESERVE MONEY FROM THESE SCAMS. *sighs* i only clicked one of those scams once. i reported all the rest. if facebook could fully stop these stupid schemes and the people behind them, i would throw my hands up in the air and scream...

  • this keeps popping up in the fb home page from "friends".. it is a blatant scam..

some people do get fooled..unfortunately by clicking on it.. lol

  • Haha I don't have a cell phone and am damn proud

  • @ucerealb your lame!!!

  • BEWARE OF FACEBOOK SCAMS! I see this viral status popping up more than once from my fb friends and some time later, another fb friend falls for it. Think twice before clicking on anything. Delete this scam from your fb application settings.

  • Nice accent. So classy, it's cool. And 42 request... You must be awesome.

  • people fall for the "click here to see this" or "this is the scariest pick ever" (but you have to click like to see it) ?

  • Thank you so much.

if you please, what internet browser is bein used in the video?

  • Isn't Mark Zuckerberg the one who found & created Facebook?OMG!!!

  • @YoohaProductions yup but thats not him talking hahah

  • @YoohaProductions Look at the name closely lollll

  • Is there a real video at all that is related to this story because one of my friends swears she saw the actual video? Or did it take over my computer or her computer to tell me this thing is real.

  • this is common on job hunting websites as well. sometimes the website will consider this affiliate abuse, and if you report it to the owner of the survey (or whatever) website along with the affiliate's ID # they may get a slap on the hand.

  • This is the reason why you should not use apps on facebook. They're meant to steal your identity or your money.

  • thank you for this very useful information...

  • I just fell for this stupid scam on Facebook, but I quickly removed the post to save my friends from it. Thank you for this.<3

  • thank you !

  • Thanks for the information.

  • Thanks for the info.

  • Yay, let's take a wonderful thing like the internet, and totally ruin it with mindless advertising and scams and crap.

  • i had a similar problem, except it was a video, when you press play, you immediately like it on your profile.

  • hey dude answer your 42 people that want to be your friends XD

  • Thank you

  • Somebody hasn't learned how to check his friends requests yet.

  • 1. Go to your profile.

    2. Click on the 'Info' Tap

    3. Click Edit for 'Likes and Interests'

    4. Click on show other pages.

    5. Here, there will be a button to remove any of the scam pages.

  • @MrBmlyon its freacking unbelievable how deep they've hidden this. thanks a bunch!

  • how to delete it from the like's on your profile ?

  • Hey thx for the video. Is there a way to remove this page or a page very similar to this from your "likes"? I clicked on a page like this by accident and I never clicked the "like" button and yet I'm stuck with liking it and there's no dislike button on the webpage. I won't post the link here for fear others will click it.

  • oh man thanks dude, you saved my ass agin!

  • @TheLeatheryman LMFAO

  • Thankz man I almost clicked on it :)

  • thanks dog!

  • liked the name and email you put in the form

  • Thank you so much for explain how this works!! I've always been so curious, but smart enough not to click.

  • thanks for uploading ;D

  • I block it with an access list on the router. Never have a problem. I never even get advertisements before videos start.

  • Thanks for sharing this information. I've passed this on to my peers on Facebook and it is much appreciated.

  • Why would we enjoy the Video? Lol. I hate when Facebook does that. -_-

  • never do the surveys where it says enter your number or pin number thats calld premium text and even if u hve unlimited texting that premium text message wil cost you 5$ each

  • damn look at Mr. popular 42 friend requests

  • popular guy

  • so whats the message anyways?

  • @PrinceOfeAustria There is none, Its a scam

  • How about this, Don't get facebook all together.

  • wow...he can type really fast

  • 42 FRIEND REQUEST !

  • if ur quick enough you can actually click the background before anything comes up, it usually is something crap anyway

  • Bet you didn't know this, there actually IS a message! If you disable javascripts on the page, you can actually view it.

  • Soon they will be on every website in the world, maby about 1 or 2 years. When that happens, I will hunt down and KILL the companys that put those surveys on them. Cuz im'a CRAZY O_o

  • I know about these offer/survey programs. They are usually not scams them selves. The survey providers actually pay the guy (one that owns the facebook account) money for your clicking and possibly opting in on something within the survey. The facebook user is just being misleading on how you access his content. If you were to complete a survey (you can do it free, just not easy) then you would be able to access the content. But I wouldn't bother as the FB user is obviously not someone to trust.

  • to many scams now :P

  • @FirefoxReview Agreed!

  • So many teenagers fall for this crap.

  • There's a lot of these Facebook scams i see...

  • 42 friend request nice

  • @nguydenshow

    i got 55 :P

  • Man, these Facebook scams are just annoying now.

  • nice video

  • Never mind. I have Adblock Plus. Just use that.

  • Please tell me where i can find the original text of this. What i mean is, i want to know what the text says, without the survey.

  • @rocketmaster4000 It's just a fake story, if you really want to view the text. Download No Script and FireFox and then go to nevertexragain.blogspot it's probably bs but your choice.

  • Ghostery, Optimize Google, Ref Control, WOT, Better Privacy, CS are useful addons too. And Greasemonkey can be handy with some help from our friends at userscripts(dot)org. Look for "Remove All Facebook Ads", & "Facebook Purity". A lot of people don't have Firefox set up to autostart in private browsing mode.

Plenty of good free apps even to protect people these days... AV, firewall/HIPS, virtualization/sandboxing. The end user has to take it upon his/herself to learn.

  • @rocketmaster4000 All it says is that texting and driving are bad... pretty much..

  • I know a way to get around the surveys. I'll try it out right now and see what comes up, then comment again saying what it is.
