  • I like the way he tip toes around the answer.... its not something hes in favor of but its something worth looking into!!!!!!

  • You should see what obamas answer looks like through Vocal Stress Analysis..... wow... you can even tell from all his stuttering during most of his speeches he is lying almost 80% of the time he is talking.... its interesting....

  • its nice how he doesn't answer the question...

  • Obama just kinda blew this question off... He thinks as drugs as a public health problem, yet without drugs people would be in worse health..... He also thinks he can change our attitudes on drugs, and shrink demand.... HAHA like people are gonna stop using drugs. Drugs are a part of the planet, and a part of us, why do we act like children who need fathering when it comes to drugs? Obama what are you really afraid of?

  • @Tokerkels people wouldnt necesarily be in worse health without illegal addictive drugs and their withdrawl side effects and associated infections the musician al cohn lost an eye from an infected needle so when obama says it is a public health problem he is looking at the reality of the situation getting addicts in treatment programs

  • Not to mention he mentions alcohol and smoking as an issue, yet it's legal and being taxed regularly for as long as anyone is currently alive. Instead of side-stepping the issue why don't you, Obama, actually be a leader once in your term and quit being a masquerade. Ridiculous.

  • @hupomone07, actually it's worse than that - he only mentions drunk *driving*.

  • So basically when asked why not legalize marijuana so we don't need to worry about cartels, and the very reason why all this illegal activity goes on (due to the fact it's not legal, it creates a market for illegal activity) his response is that we're concerned about cartels and everything else that goes on as a complete and direct result of it being illegal. Here's a beter topic: How about the NDAA, Mr. President?

  • obama... seriously? not one part of that question was answered. you lost my vote sir, and im ashamed i supported you. you refuse the evidence provided and say its simply a bad habit that must be kicked by decreasing demand. why not acknowledge that marijuana is actually harmless and if the government took the effort to support it then it would decrease the demand from the cartels.

think before you speak mr. president, don't avoid scary questions.

  • Notice how he protects alcohol, because large corporations make insane cash from it. He doesn't give a shit about our health, just how much money him and his buddies can make....then they can own everything and tell us what to do.

  • The war against drugs isn't about protecting the people. It's about removing their competitors from the drug importation racket and also keeping the prices nice and high. If they come down heavy on the drug importers/users then the prices stay nice and high. It's well documented that the biggest importer of narcotics in the world today is the C.I.A. as well as other compartments within government. Hell they've got the US Military guarding the opium crops in Afghanistan, they've admitted it.

  • @TelecasterLPGTop You've hit the nail on the head!!! For the ignorant ones who don't see the truth in this, you fail to notice the recent crash of a CIA plane in Mexico that was carrying 4 tons of cocaine into the U.S. Of course the mass media owned by the insane Zionist elites that run the country will not show this news coverage but its true. The drugs operated by the CIA fund the black ops projects to avoid congressional oversight...its a no brainer! But then again, its USA!

  • he knows criminalisation doesn't work. he also knows any overt move toward legalisation would finish him, terminating his entire agenda. the fact is even what he's saying is far to the left of what most politicians in the western world would dare say publicly and substantially to the left of the country he governs. all you idiots spouting cowardice or conspiracy are living in a dreamland. until public opinion shifts further towards legalisation, politicians can't go there. it's called democracy.

  • Well I'm not in favor of reelecting you for President in 2012 lol

  • i wanna choke him while asking him, "IN ALL FAIRNESS MR PRESIDENT! WHY DON'T YOU BAN SMOKING THEN??"

  • After looking through the comments...

It makes me wonder if anyone actually listened to him, or just looked at the title and said "OH NOE DEY GON TAEK MAH DRUGS FUCK OBAWMA"

  • He ask about the control of all drugs. Didn't say weed specifically. Dumbass. We only want weed. Waste of question.!

  • Its final he is the anit-christ

  • they ban drugs but they use em

they talk the talk but don't walk the walk

    fucking piss off

  • they can work on stuff with out us noticing

  • i bet the govt wants us all occupied with marijuana legalization so

  • “Prohibition will work great injury to the cause of temperance. It is a species of intemperance within itself, for it goes beyond the bounds of reason in that it attempts to control a man’s appetite by legislation, and makes a crime out of things that are not crimes. A Prohibition law strikes a blow at the very principles upon which our government was founded.” -Abraham Lincoln

  • @motorhash weed doesn't kill at all

  • i liked obama...but now that i've watched this video....FUCK OBAMA!!!

  • "How do we shrink demand?" WHAT THE FUCK OBAMA? Has he never heard of SUPPLY AND DEMAND? Legalization will increase supply, thus shrinking demand. He mentioned going after drug cartels, which I assume involves needless violence. This will only make demand grow. Not only that, but it's only a temporary solution as inevitably the cartels will spring back up.

  • He's clearly pussying out on the issue since he doesn't want to piss off some donors most likely...exactly why we need campaign finance reform.

  • Comment removed

  • this video sucks nobody wants all drugs legalized. marijuana can not only cure people it can cure the earth from global warming witch i think is a good reason to legalize a plant that most of the population loves. i think you should be able to grow as much as you want outside so it can take in the co2. what ever happen to we the people of the united states. ever situation should come to a vote.

  • BULLSHIT!!!!!!!

  • marijuana or if you wish to call it by its real first name HEMP is the healthiest plant on the earth it has never killed anyone in recorded history and has helped with many medical problems such as, cancer, nausia, insomnia, stress, pain, epelepsy, and many many more. Honestly the amarican government and the canadian government and the rest of the world should stop this bullshit. marijuana should be legal. not coke or meth or acid just marijuana and you will see its not the problem the government is

  • Way to pussy-foot your way around that question Obama... How spineless can you be.

  • Sad! I will not vote for you again.

  • Politicians are so good at answering questions in a completely neutral manner, as to shift the focus onto a completely different matter, how long will it take until someone in power speaks their mind

  • Lets make marijuana illegal cause we make more money on it and tobacco is legal cause we can put nicotine in it and people will get extremely addicted to it and we can tax it!!! great fucking way to make money for the government!!!!

  • Marijuana is a herb that has been around for thousands of years and was used in chines medications legalize one love

  • Why do they say thank you Mr. President? I mean, its a title. Is like calling someone Mr. Master.

  • @smileyking96 lol Mr.Mr.

    i c wut u did thar

  • the politicians just want to fill their fat ass pockets and JAILS- how pathetic they take out the most ancient of textiles, fuel, and natural medicine given to mankind - Science has proven marijuana compounds cure cancer and one arce of HEMP produces over 500 gallons of FUEL in a season! They all suck! Peace! fuckers!

  • @48snowbird Marijuana does not cure cancer, you made that up. Marijuana simply takes the pain away from those undergoing chemotherapy and the marijuana gives you an appetite so you'll actually eat because Cancer takes away your appetite. Marijuana has not been proven to have any effect on cancer rather than numb the pain. You can't stop mitosis by Smoking marijuana. That would be the only way it would cure it, but if it stopped mitosis you would die.

  • @RBAWilcox show people the truth and they still deny - check out "wikileaks - cancer gate" many scientific tests including the us governments 1975 tests which have resurfaced and various lab researches done at many sites here and abroad have proven this to be true- this knowledge is availiable to anyone now while there's still freedom to access it and guess what- mankind has not forsaken the herb and life giving tree - God's creations -you monsters who deny this life giving herb suck!

  • @RBAWilcox In 2011 the National Cancer Institute stated "the potential benefits of medicinal cannabis for people living with cancer include antiemetic effects, appetite stimulation, pain relief, and improved sleep". "In the practice of interactive oncology, the health care provider may recommend medicinal cannabis not only for symptom management but also for its possible direct anti tumor effect".

  • @RBAWilcox In 2006 researchers at UCLA found that smoking marijuana even regularly and heavily, does not lead to lung cancer! Researchers believe that THC kills aging cells before they can become cancerous. Despite this, even after 5 years, anti drug web sites still claim that marijuana causes cancer.

  • @iwantmedibud I didn't say that Marijuana causes cancer, I said it doesn't cure it, all it does is take the pain away from chemo therapy. Maybe further research should be done anyways, so far many benefits have been linked to marijuana use, but whenever there are benefits there are downfalls to, so I think it's safe to assume that while Marijuana is much safer than tobacco further research should be done.

  • @RBAWilcox In 1914, when you could order heroin and other drugs from the Sears and Roebuck catalog, there were 1.3% of Americans addicted to drugs. The government claimed the drug problem was out of control and enacted the Harrison narcotics tax act. In the 1970s the government claimed drug addiction had reached epidemic proportions and started the war on drugs. At that time there were 1.3% of Americans addicted to drugs.

  • @RBAWilcox To day after TRILLIONS of dollars spent, thousands of law enforcement agents dead, thousands of "criminals" dead and thousands of family's murdered at the hands of the drug cartels, there are 1.3% of Americans addicted to drugs. All that the War on drugs has achieved is a thriving black market in which the cartels in Mexico (and other countries) become rich, and murder thousands

  • @RBAWilcox . The war on drugs has not reduce the availability of drugs or the % of Americans addicted to drugs. Furthermore, we spend much more on law enforcement than we do treatment for the drug addicted. Many who want to get clean are forced to wait weeks or even months for an open bet at a treatment facility, meanwhile we pack our jails and prisons to double or triple compasity!

  • lemme tell evry1 a little something ive noticed over the years, just about evry1 ive ever met against legalization are either dumb, fail to understand drugs, and fail to understand whats best for our country at this point and the human race in general, end the war on drugs

  • How To Kill The Drug Cartels In 28 Minutes - (HD) - *** MUST WATCH !!! ***

******* Click on, “yourmomlied69” (my YouTube Channel), to watch this ********

  • also id say justin bieber is more detrimental to your health than weed!

  • Please stop avoiding the issue at hand Mr. President.

Marijuana is harmless. The prohibition of marijuana causes more harm than the drug itself.

LEGALIZE! REGULATION AND TAXATION IS THE ANSWER!

  • wow bro a health concern?! look at fuckin cigarettes and fucking achohol 500,000 ppl all atound the world die a year from that shit and ur concerned about HEALTH!? its been proven that weed does less damage then acholhol and cigs so wtf!? plus theres tooo many damn ppl in jail for weed if u wanna arest somone, fuckin arrest terrosit or murderes stop worrying about weed its not a big deal. thank you for expresiing ur opion tho

  • your not getting my vote now bcuz u dont want cannabis legal

  • here is my prediction: Obama will not be able to snicker or laugh off questions about cannabis in 2012. His stance against marijuana will cost him black voters and voters in Hollywood who we all know he cannot afford to loose.

This will be a major issue in 2012 and Obama is on the wrong side of the Cannabis fence.

  • caffeine is worse than weed...

  • Obama is a fucking idiot

  • i just think if he is taking actions on sending troops to fight in wars that have to to do with the drugs coming in to the US then why not make it legalize it and STOP THE WARS! And not only that but it really infuriates me that he sees it as a joke as if this is not a serious topic. Marijuana is medically proven to cure cancer, prevent epileptic seizures, reduce the effects of AIDS and Glaucoma as well as relieve anxiety and depression etc. common obama its time to think outside the box

  • Does Obama think we're stupid or something? We realize the extreme level of irony and hypocrisy in drug-free propaganda; and yet somehow the politicians, Obama, and corporatist motherfuckers evade the logic at hand. Our system has become an irreversibly complex web of corruption and sell-outs. Republicans would flip the switch to commit a genocide so long as the lobbyist deposit another sum into their "well-deserved" multiple bank accounts. Now they're trying to make vitamins and herbs illegal!

  • funny how something like tabacco that has an extremely high anual deathrate is legal as opposed to marijuana which has NOT ONE recorded death ever.

its only ilegal due to the people that fund partnership for drug-free america, which ironically enough are the tabacco and alchohol buisnesses

  • @Stefanuu05 why dont you google fda cannabis related death's, 278 in 7 year's get your fact's straight.

  • @Ianoodin wow thanks for the clarity now do me a favor look up tobacco related deaths

i'd say more people has been struck by lightning twice then died from smoking weed

  • @thadaytrippa91 Ha more people die from caffine and CATTLE you clearly didn't understand the point of my message I was saying learn the "correct" fact's it's not 0 people have died but it's pretty a low death toll compared to "real" drug's.

  • @Ianoodin tru that, point taken it just annoys me for people to hate on weed just cause "the government' says its bad.

think for urselves people and do what the hell you wanna.Anarchy!!!

  • @Stefanuu05

you are right about Pot being illegal because tobacco and alcohol businesses don't want competition

but suggesting marijuana has no health risques is just dishonest.

Inhaling smoke from whatever source, on a regular basis, potentially causes lung cancer.

People smoking allot of pot (>2 joints per day) loose brain function (mostly rational reasoning skills)

  • @tomatowatcher thats the act of smoking marijuana, u can eat it. its the thc doing the work not the smoke u inhale. look what cigarettes do, there is NO positive gain from smoking a useless tobacco cigarette, but i dont see u talking about the smoke and chemicals from them, 400k annual deaths from tobacco use alone, 150k+ deaths from alcohol use, not including car accidents, just the use of it period

  • @tomatowatcher If pot causes lung cancer, than why are there no records of any one dieing because of using pot? Because it doesn't! Believe it or not, the government is very corrupt when it comes to marijuana, so don't believe every thing they tell you.

  • @tomatowatcher "Inhaling smoke from whatever source, on a regular basis, potentially causes lung cancer". You. In 2011 the National Cancer Institute stated "the potential benefits of medicinal cannabis for people living with cancer include antiemetic effects, appetite stimulation, pain relief, and improved sleep".

  • @tomatowatcher "In the practice of interactive oncology, the health care provider may recommend medicinal cannabis not only for symptom management but also for its possible direct anti tumor effect". This new assessment by a federal medical institute should change the classification of marijuana from a schedule I drug.

  • @tomatowatcher The main criteria for a schedule I drug is, " the drug or other substance has no current accepted medical use in treatment in the united states". We are sure that the federal government will continue to ignore the facts and continue to raid medical marijuana collectives.

  • @tomatowatcher In 2006 researchers at UCLA found that smoking marijuana even regularly and heavily, does not lead to lung cancer! Researchers believe that THC kills aging cells before they can become cancerous. Despite this, even after 5 years, anti drug web sites still claim that marijuana causes cancer.

  • The painful and obvious truth is that the only way drug legalization is going to get noticed by the government is when its' citizens rise up violently against it over the issue. This has been the only means of change since our Revolution and can recently be cited in Malcolm X's "non-violent revolution"

God willing a group of dedicated former - military types will be able to stage a coup in the US demanding the change that 30 percent of the population will not abandon as their number one concern

  • cant shrink my demand for the buddha, and i get 100% california grown, not mexican blood weed

  • Mr. President, you've certainly changed my attitude. People like you don't give a damn about anyone that isn't writing you checks. People other than that have no voice.

I've got my own response to this on my channel. Come on over and check it out. I can't believe he laughed at us. What an attack on democracy.

  • Screw you you son of a cow , i really dont like politics , Illuminatis motherfyckers

  • @obama OR You could just keep your socialist nose out of our lives! You have no more right to tell people what they can put into their bodies, than you have in trying to tell us what to put into our minds! To hear this scumbag talk about "where can we find more resources" just disgusts me. How about you just stay out of the personal affairs of Americans, and not only will you not have need of finding these extra resources, but we will save a LOT of money. gtfo!

  • Prevention of drug abuse comed from the responsibility of the individual and the people of the community, not some federal thug busting in with guns and arresting some kid and throwing him in jail for life.

  • LEGALIZE!!! Stop the violence and crime!!

  • LEGALIZE IT!!!!!! NAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • ok first off no one cares if you are not in favor of voting for Obama again, some of the ways people are going about commenting on this video cursing and what not is not adult at all and is'nt helping support the legalizing of MARIJUANA (not drugs) cause, in reality it just makes the responsibe users look bad and it is just a shame.

    LAGALIZE IT!

  • I am not in favor for voting for you again :)

  • obama, feds and the dea... I FUCKING HATE YOUR GUTS

    assholes

  • All this recession and foreign dependancies could be fixed with what so many consider to be a problem! Cannabis can make natural fuel for our vehicles, make a great revenue for the United States also making it more peaceful cause how many violent cannabis users on the news in your town ?? Respond please?? Legalize and regulate, what's so hard about it ? Alcohol and tobacco are and cannabis is not ?

  • All this recession and foreign dependancies could be fixed with what so many consider to be a problem! • what does "If your trying to kick a habit" quote out of Obamas mouth having to do with people going to rehab? the COP asked about drugs being LEGALIZED not fucking getting into drug treatment!

  • He's bought and paid for.

  • Google: "High: A True Tale of America on Marijuana."

Be the first on you block to home in a box!

    WHOOOPEEEE!!!!!!

  • Better than the Rethugulans. California's Med Pot industry is gaining traction and 15 states have medical marijuana. You think that shit would've happened under McCannned? Fuuuck no!!! People just expect everything overnight. Shit, Obama's being blasted for passing a 1/2 ass improvement to Health Care! They'd RAKE HIM OVER THE COALS if he came out and legalized marijuana on a Federal level.

You know how big the Drug War is????

Like 9-10 MILLION jobs rights there. Sheeet, foo!

  • High: A True Tale of America on Marijuana.

    ^^^Good documentary.

Obama is better than Bush (or Palin) but whatever. He's a centrist.

If only America had the balls to elect a real progressive!

Or even a conservative that REALLY BELIEVED IN STATE'S RIGHTS!

  • I am colombian. My country has been destroyed by war on drugs. Colombia has three million refugees (you may say violence is politically motivated, but we know that's not the case) and has maybe the biggest number of landmines in the world.

No matter how many adicts exist in the US, their health can't be more important than the viability of a 45 million people country.

  • I'm going to learn how to fuck so I can bum-rape Obama, fucking hound that he is!

  • well at least know we know we shouldnt re elect obama

,whats the name of that republican in favor of marijuana regulation?

  • @14Tamayo Ron Paul. Look up some of his speeches on youtube. He actually got me interested in politics for the first time because I finally found someone I could agree with on so many things.

  • @14Tamayo Ron Paul and hopefully he runs in 2012 because he is actually honest and believes in the Constitution and personal liberty's and Freedom unlike this asshole repressing Americans and running up impossible debts with his constant Lies

  • Yes because it's not important to reduce the level of which the state kidnaps people for completely non-violent things such as taking or selling drugs, it's the demand for these drugs that's imprtant to reduce. I didn't know the President had magical powers.

  • he should of just been asked about weed.

  • I hope obama gets what's coming to him...

  • You all have to understand, he is a "dodger" of questions. They picked the question they used specifically to pass the issue. There were thousands of videos sent in, but they picked the one that would skate the issue. Bottom line is he is not going to help those in need. The DEA is busting people and businesses EVERY day. He is NOT the person that will help end prohibition. :(

  • disappointing to say the least barack

  • You can't shrink my demand mother fucker. Obama is a stupid monkey.

  • This guy just beats around the bush! If you can do anything for the people, we'll just say fuck you buddy and elect a green president! With all these new studies showing t hat cannabis isn't as bad or deadly like Drinking or Smoking tobacco, its getting to the point were every buddy like da fuck ya know? lol

  • Why so surprised folks. He's a POLITICIAN. Self serving, selfish, cowardly POLITICIAN. The status quo is bread and butter for these guys!!

  • bs

  • I like Obama because he's more logical than most politicians but come on obama, if you want to get rid of the drug cartels legalize the drugs for christ sakes.the country spends over 110 BILLION dollars a year on weed alone! and for what?because we don't want people to be relaxed after a long day at work?it won't only stop the drug cartels,we'd get the 110 billion dollars a year back plus billions in earnings from taxes on it and millions of new jobs! let's not be hasty, let's realize reality!

  • smh

  • The US needs to see how Portugal and the Netherlands accomplished to lower the use of drugs by legalizing them. We are wasting millions of dollars on a war that can't be won by the government.

  • herp derp

  • All I heard was bla bla bla uhhh bla bla bla uhhh bla bla bla.

  • i'm not surprised by this at all. The power he has over this issue is greatly curtailed by numerous corporate interests and decades of government propaganda AGAINST drugs (spec. cannabis).

I believe its time for the people to simply overgrow the government as rational discussion concerning the LACK of harm cause by pot and serious political interest by the population doesn't seem to mean very much to politicians anymore...

  • He couldnt do anything even if he wanted to. He's just a puppet.

  • kick the habit? i never heard of anyone want to quit or is addicted to weed before.

  • @dackjack Cannabis was never specifically mentioned. Other drugs do exist.

  • Why the fuck wasn't he asked about weed SPECIFICALLY? God damn it. Now he gets to hide the fact that keeping, say, crack illegal isn't as controversial.

On the whole, okay answer though, I guess. Better than "IF YOU DO DRUGS WE WILL CATCH AND PUNISH YOU", and I like how he appears to have learned that he can't just laugh it off anymore - he went out of his way to call it a "serious topic for debate" when two years ago he was loling openly into his mic

  • @carygoleman All of the questions were specifically about weed. Obama purposely did not mention cannabis, probably because there are so many businesses who want to keep it off the markets.

    Screw you, paper industry.

  • @carygoleman

"Why the fuck wasn't he asked about weed SPECIFICALLY?"

The only people that can supply legalised drugs is the government and its not in their interests to start creating a larger deficit by starting up public owned Pharmaceutical Companies.

I wish people would stop saying "legalised drugs cause we want weed" because the Alcohol, Tobacco and Pharmaceuticals don't give a flying shit. They have never had peoples interests put before profits so they aren't going to fucking make them

  • @sebgracesianryanhan lol why wouldn't they make recreational drugs if they were legalized? There's obviously a huge demand for it. The black market rakes in tons of cash and they're in danger of being imprioned for doing it. So what makes you think people wont supply it when they're no longer in danger of being imprisoned?

  • @carygoleman It is better to ask about drugs as a whole because it reveals the inconsistency of cigarettes, alcohol, and chocolate chip cookies all potentially harmful, all left (rightly) to personal responibility, while other drugs are not.

  • Don't legalize drug, it will but the CIA out of business :)

  • disappointing. "Liberal" President? YEAH RIGHT!

Ron Paul was right, this is a Corporatist to the CORE. If it doesn't have to do with Big Business, he doesn't give a damn.

  • if i wanna put something in my body, thats my right, fuck the government.

  • @SodomyOfYourSavior The idea that the drug addict is not harming anyone but himself is fallacious. Drug use leads to mental and physical problems which cause the addict to become a burden on the state. They will also lead to child neglect, inability to work and manic states which may cause the addict to become violent to others.

We already see similar things with alcohol, a perfectly legal substance.

  • @jenn1ifer I'm sorry you haven't met me. I am the very thing you say is a lie. I've held down a steady job since high school, quit smoking, joined and left the military, got a better job, decided to have a little girl, and have not had or seen the symptoms you're describing.

There are two ways to look at this, you're either speaking from experience or from a completely biased point of view. If the latter, you simply couldn't maintain composure when exposed to what ever drug it was.

  • In the Netherlands they are giving out free heroin to a test group of addicts and are having great sucess, so good they are even expanding the program. You are cutting down on those people who go out and commit crimes to support their habit and slowing the amout of money going into the black market. Estimated cost is 15000 euro per patient annually(Cheaper then the cost of a prisoner annually), its a win, win, win situation. Other countries should take notice.

  • God you stoners are fucking idiots. He's the president of the US, not some rock star. Get a life and a job

  • @Streetmastaalex if you lived where shootouts occur over shit like weed you'd understand why people would want it legalized not just stoners.

  • @dgenerate707 Shootouts occur over crack, cocaine, alcohol, territory, women, respect, etc. Moron gangs will always kill each other.

  • @Streetmastaalex I don't live by Gangs just a few dope sets. where do they shoot over Women and Alcohol LOL

  • @dgenerate707 Well the problem really isn't that gangs are shooting each other over weed rather than police officers shooting people over weed.... So yeah the whole 'war on drugs' crap needs to end and like Obama says if people are seriously addicted to drugs, whatever the type, we should try to rehabilitate them rather than arrest them

  • dont encourage the problem by legalizing more drugs and giving the message that its ok to be a drug addict!

  • @KripDrip Addict implies addiction or dependency, don't encourage ignorance by implying that weed is addictive

  • @Streetmastaalex why are we idiots? because we want to put a stop to people being shot and killed and peoples pets being shot and killed in our own homes. fuck you asshole you are the fucking idiot quit sucking ass and get a back bone, we will win this war and we will prosecute these murderous fucking pigs.

  • @MrMadToker typical.

THE WORLD HATES YOU.. not just the middle east.. EVERY SINGLE COUNTRY HATES YOU. why would i come out and fight? see what i mean.. all you retards are about is war and violence. i live in sweden why would i want to wage war against america? .. see what i mean.. so fucking dumb.

  • @niggerfuckshitreborn hahaha.. man you're the personification of america.. absolutely incredible.

  • @Streetmastaalex Marijuana was made illegal for raciest, ignorant reasons. Here are some racist, ignorant quotes from Harry j Anslinger-the most direct founder of marijuana prohibition

  • @Streetmastaalex "There are 100,000 total marijuana smokers in the US, and most are Negroes, Hispanics, Filipinos, and entertainers. Their Satanic music, jazz, and swing, result from marijuana use. This marijuana causes white women to seek sexual relations with Negroes, entertainers, and any others." "the primary reason to outlaw marijuana is its effect on the degenerate races."

  • @Streetmastaalex "Marijuana is an addictive drug which produces in its users insanity, criminality, and death." ld grow their own medicine and not have to purchase it from large companies. "Reefer makes darkies think they're as good as white men." "Marihuana leads to pacifism and communist brainwashing"

  • @Streetmastaalex "You smoke a joint and you're likely to kill your brother." "Marijuana is the most violence-causing drug in the history of mankind."

  • @Streetmastaalex Furthermore: Anslinger was then supported by DuPont chemical company and various pharmaceutical companies in the effort to outlaw cannabis. DuPont had patented nylon, and wanted hemp removed as competition. The pharmaceutical companies could neither identify nor standardize cannabis dosages, and besides, with cannabis, folks could grow their own medicine and not have to purchase it from large companies.

  • Respond to this video... • @Streetmastaalex In 2011 the National Cancer Institute stated "the potential benefits of medicinal cannabis for people living with cancer include antiemetic effects, appetite stimulation, pain relief, and improved sleep". "In the practice of interactive oncology, the health care provider may recommend medicinal cannabis not only for symptom management but also for its possible direct anti tumor effect".

  • @Streetmastaalex This new assessment by a federal medical institute should change the classification of marijuana from a schedule I drug. The main criteria for a schedule I drug is, " the drug or other substance has no current accepted medical use in treatment in the united states". We are sure that the federal government will continue to ignore the facts and continue to raid medical marijuana collectives.

  • @Streetmastaalex In 2006 researchers at UCLA found that smoking marijuana even regularly and heavily, does not lead to lung cancer! Researchers believe that THC kills aging cells before they can become cancerous. Despite this, even after 5 years, anti drug web sites still claim that marijuana causes cancer.

  • Respond to this video...You are the fucking idiot!

  • If the government legalized drugs. A lot of government employees would be out of a job. They certainly don't want that now do they.

  • Some people dont seem to understand what a huge leap forward this is. Does anyone really believe a president could just come out and say "lets legalize all drugs"? Thats political suicide. Reckless statements like that are why people like Ron Paul aren't going to get anywhere. Its going to be a slow process to end oppression. Obama is doing what he can to push us in the right direction.

  • You are a bitch Obama, pussy ass bitch.

  • You shrink demand by regulating it dumb ass.

  • FUCK YOU Obama. I hate you.

  • way to ignore popular demand

  • Obama needs to toke.
