i've been doing the old fashioned push-ups for a few years and now it's hard to adjust to this one. I can't control myself with going outward instead of going straight down.
I have a question about cleans, when I used to do them I would feel all the strain in my shoulders rather than my legs, do you know why I would feel this and what I was doing wrong? thanks

i like to stick with a bodyweight regiment since i dont have time for the gym and i gotta say the small change from regular push ups feels insane. great workout lee. got any good bodyweight challenges?

I think i am experiencing overtraining i am feeling really tired and weak through out the day i have lost interest in everything and have a loss of apetite and insomnia my muscles dont burn or pump up when working out this has been going on for about the past 2 and a half months and have been to the hospital several times and did blood test and everything and all of it came back good i dont know if this is overtraining or something else? I havent trained since.
It sounds like over training. But generally taking a week or two off from working out and then going back to a less intense routine will fix the problem. I find working out no more than 3 days per week works well for avoiding over training.

I'm trying to burn fat but my workouts are only chest one day, arms next day, back next day, legs next day, and so on. So I'm not doing compound exercises so I feel like I'm not burning fat.
@leemhayward Yeah totally ^^ the deeper you go the more you stimulate ;) if you catch my drift. I mean seriously just try it on weighted pushups squats and most exercizes regarding bodybuilding in general.

Yeah great exercise, really focuses on those triceps. Take the tips about the wrists, and keep them in mind. You don't want to put too much strain on your wrists and injure them.
