Carson is now part of the band, 'Idol Rejects', with Chris Medina, Caleb, Tim & others. They've already performed around LA. I think they're also going on tour, which is a benefit for 'Juliana Recovery Fund' (Julie is Chris Medina's fiancée, whose car-accident story & resulting brain trauma we learned about during audition week.)

Just search under his name plus 'Idol Rejects' to find all the clips.

PS: Carson is also currently starring in the play, 'The Columbine Project' in LA.
