Ummm futaba is hardly reliable, does anybody remember when they browned out if they got over 140 degrees during summer time flying??? They never took responsibility for all the planes that crashed, instead they just designed a new reciever that wouldn't brown out if they got hot, the New ones have gold dots where the antennas exit the case the old ones don't. I own a 14mz and a jr 11x and I'm afraid to use my 14mz, I only use my jr with power safe recievers and I have zero problems. Most people
Need another video showing "big business corruption" of spek by the marketing powers that be from the might H O R I Z O N H O B B Y corporation. Although, one bright spot. Totally excellent return/service department. Happy to fix or send you another one. Just have to wait for your unit to fail :o)
OK seriously, This on going battle between Spektrum and Futaba. I don't have the experience of the two since I got what was available to me at the time...more than 3 yrs in my country. I've gone from bladecp and simulator to 50size nitro and not one issue. OMHI, it just a matter of preference, both have pros and cons.....but that just me.
Just had a buddy of mine crash using a Spek. $400 loss. He didn't think he needed the extra antenna for his AR6200. Big mistake, I wonder why they need all those antennas anyway? The world may never know...
