  • This song brings tear of happiness to my eyes.

  • intro waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too long.....great voice......being able to stretch an intro computer is a waste of good vocals.....and shows a lack of creativity in re-mixing...editing...whatever......just my opinion....waaaaaaaaaaay too long

Sorry for the delay in response.I always thought Frankie should be producing mixing...back then Chicago folks were not the flavor but I had been working with Mitch and I got him to let Frankie take this record. Interesting it still holds up.Peace

  • Rare find.

Sometimes I think I'm so predictable. Not that I could have been wrong in terms of the quality of this recording, but I remember well saying:

"This will be a rare find in 20 years time, a special find anyway, and well before 20 years, in fact at any time after it was made, not before, because, well, we don't really know abou t that."

A rare find for me tonight.

Thank you very much for posting.

    Lovely musicians.

  • Man....This record is so hard to find

  • Very true.

  • CONNEE DRAPER..what a voice! Got hooked when FOUNTAIN RECORDS released it in 1981 and hooked again in 1987 !

  • A very talented vocalist for sure!

  • I remember when Frankie Knuckles first played this at the Wherehouse(206 S. Jefferson)back in Chicago. It became one of my all time favorites.

  • I remember when Frankie Knuckles first played this for me a the wherehouse in Chicago in 1987. I danced for hours! Maybe because I was on acid! LOL. Never-the-less, it's a timeless classic!
