old jaguar were known for being unreliable, although newer ones such as the xf etc have shown they are very reliable

my xf supercharged has a black interior. its got the same rims though and crome panels, but not the crome side mirrors.

And? When Ford owned Jaguar, they did all they could to force Jag to build cheaper and cheaper. And yet Jaguar still managed to develop a great product despite this hamstringing. The owner may have been Ford but the JD Power Quality shows Jag as way ahead of its parent consistently year after year...

sry but i dont see what people findso appealing of this car? The only thing that looks different from the rest of the competition in this car is the interior. The exterior still looks like a cheap made production car with exception of the rear taillights which are decent. And i dont kno how this car can beat same price ranged cars in that class, like mercedes benz cls550, or bmw 645i, not to mention like i said before, the ls460. I think you should test drive some of this cars and see yourself.

ok so vents that come out automatically, in car lights that are touch sensitive... touch button start and what else? at the end you still have a company owned by ford... and the same piece of shit company thats been making jaguars look like a ford taurus in the past. Down here in miami, i see this "XF" every 2 blocks in miami, it all comes down when you test drive the car and compare to lets say a.... AUDI or MERCEDES. your paying 70k for gadgets, nothing else. For that, rather get a LS460.

Following your idiotic logic, Audis are overpriced Volkwagens which in turn are overpriced Skodas. Bentleys are overpriced Volkswagens (Continental=Phaeton). Jaguars were overpriced Fords. Soon they will be overpriced Tatas (sounds appealing, doesn't it?).

You just don't understand reusing of technology and increasing returns on investment.

@LukeXgamer in some aspects, yes. But more time/care is put into the build of the Lexus. i.e. to my knowledge, there wasn't a brake problem with a single lexus, all toyota. But I do agree with you, most recently some of Lexus's well known features that were lexus dignified are now going to the toyota's. i.e. the new avalon's backseat can recline ( bad ass by the way ) and if i remember correctly the LS series offered that years before.

My XF looks exactly like yours, without the cool lit door sills and chrome side window covers. Is that Ebony or Midnight?

I'm sure you've figured this out, but for other people viewing this, the touch-sensitive lights turn on much easier with a fingertip, rather than fingernails ;)

Thanks a lot for taking the time out to make this video, I really appreciate it. The interior is beautiful with the blue lighting, and the car in general looks fantastic.

I test drove one a few weeks ago and while I was signaling to make a turn, the turn signal stalk felt like it was too far away from my fingers. Do you experience the same thing or did i accidentally push the stalk back by accident?
