Thanks for posting!! I am planning on doing a stienbier the weekend of 3/12/11. Unfortunately I do not have a digital video camera. I am planning to heat the stones on a propane burner versus wood, hope it works OK. I am thinking the heat of the rocks is more important than wood flavor from the heating, but I don't know. Any comments highly appreciated. Nice rig for your stones too!
