download the 3.1.2 software and put it on your desktop, plus in your ipod and open up itunes. then hold down shift and click restore, and it will open up a window, click the software that you want to downgrade to and itll restore to that software. i did it on my iPod Touch. i went from 3.1.3 to 3.1.2

thats because apple have modified there new ipod and iphones with a chip called "BOOTROM". It does so you cant turn on your ipod/iphone without RE-jailbraking it

Mike and Mrdevon this is because the jailbreak is tethered and every time you restart/turn off your ipod/itouch you need to use the blackrain app click make it rain just pur your itouch on sleep it will last for up to like 200 hours also you can just respring
