I think they had their real life mom and dad in one of their videos. I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. I know I don't know u, but God Bless and take care sweetie. I lost my 1st husband when I was just 24 yrs.old and I was devastated, I had 2 young boys at the time & I was so distraught. BTW, I love Journey too~

Slammer - honey how old are you? I mean jesus - I just started listening to it again and she is so flat it's almost painful. The song is great but she is very young. Hopefully she can get some training and experience. But this is awful.

Especially when she sings the long "life" of you love all your life. I can't even stand it.

@LAchickee shes not that flat- actually, she sounds too sharp in most places where she is out of tune. she sounds in tune in most places- i think its the nerves that are making her voice sound shaky, which gives the impression of her being out of tune.

it isnt 'almost painful'- actually, its better than most people could do, and sometimes it sounds better if you have a gorgeous tone to your voice that may not be in tune all the time rather than it being pitch- perfect and having a bland voice.

@lovestosmile18 They have very different voices. Kimberly's is deeper, richer. Taylor's is lighter, higher. A lot more pop as well, with less of a twang. So you can't really compare them.

She does know how to play to the audience. I saw an interview with them where Kimberly cites Freddie Mercury of Queen as one of her influences as far as his performance ability and the way he captured an audience, and I can definitely see where she has developed that. She has a rare gift in that she is recognizes the importance of the "performance" aspect of music as well as possesses impressive vocal chops. And I don't know that it would work AS well without the chemistry of the brothers.
